Okay so today is Sunday but I have no plan on going anywhere. maybe I could go with Wandi or Angel, but anot with my family because they are tired because of yesterday's road trip. So I'm now eating my breakfast which is instant noodle, but in my favourite version =p I always add some chillies *not sauce - but raw chillies cutted in 3-4 parts* and a boiled egg. Lately I also add kim/ nori (seaweed) to mu noodle soup because I'll get the taste like ramen's soup.
Oh forget about the noodle.
So I went to Bandung yesterday, a cool city which just takes 3 hours to get there from Jakarta. When I said cool, I really mean cool. The temperature is lower that Jakarta because it's located near the mountain. And it's a very crowded city! Everywhere we go, every intersection, every street, even the small streets, are FULL of traffic jam!
But what makes me love this city so much is the green environtment (many trees are planted on the pavings) and GREAT FOODS. hahaha. I just love how we can get delicious foods everywhere, you'll know what I mean when you get there.
And the reason behin yesterday's road trip was to take a look at some universities in Bandung. we visited Maranatha, an also ITB (but we just pass it). And we had lunch near Maranatha campus. There were many pujasera there. hmm what is it in english? Well pujasera is a place like food court but not in malls, they are usually smaller too.
Next, we went to cihampelas and shopped some clothes. Well.. actually I wanted to go somewhere else, but because of the traffic jam my parents said that we'd just stop at cihampelas. I got a new red-squared dress. post the pict later.
We went home after we lost for direction for about 1 hour. ahahaha. We chose to go back via Puncak and had our dinner there. By the way, My dad bought a weird truck model on the way, really weird. hahaha. I'll write our conversation in Indonesian by the way.
dad: *suddenly stopped the car*
mom: ada apa? koq berhenti?
dad: nggak, ada truk-trukan
me: *mikir jangan2 ada beberapa truk mau lewat* koq jalanannya kosong?
dad: bukan truk beneran, tuh di pinggir.. *pointed at the truck model being displayed*
ahaha.. forgive my dad's weird collection.
We reached home at about 1 a.m. that was a nice road trip.. waiting for the next!
