In his interview Chansung gives details of his work-out regiment and determination to get buff. 2PM’s workout instructor said that Chansung would exercise for two hours everyday including holidays, even by himself, sometimes to the point of nearly vomiting. The instructor was very impressed by his self discipline and persistence . Chansung also admitted to the interviewer that the part of his body he is most proud of are his “strong thighs,” which he had no qualms about showing off.
hmm I think my Chan-bear should know how to stop next time he works out.. coz you know anything good will be not good if it's too much.. it's not good for him to work out until nearly vomiting. hmm.
But hey, let's enjoy the results, kyaaaaa....!
